GOOGLE & YAHOO

Google technology firm consider making a bid for the core business web Yahoo, Bloomberg news agency, which said the telco Verizon also make an offer today reported. Bloomberg, citing sources familiar with the situation said that Verizon plans to bid next week and said that that company would be willing to acquire Yahoo Japan in order to make that more attractive offer. "Google, the main division of Alphabet, also considered a bid for Yahoo's core business," reported Bloomberg, citing another unidentified source. The news agency said that Microsoft, which made an unsuccessful hostile bid for Yahoo in 2008, will not add this time to the list of potential buyers, which would not telcos AT & T and Comcast. Bloomberg said that Verizon and its subsidiary AOL work with at least three financial advisors in offering Yahoo.
